    friendly hosts
    comfy bed
    delicious breakfast
    low shower pressure

    A cozy surprise!

What a charming spot! Super friendly hosts made me feel right at home. The room was bright and comfy. It had a nice little telly – just the right size! Breakfast was delish, especially those local sausages. But, the shower could've used more pressure. I’d totally recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Do recommend for a fleeting trip

Comfortable bed, friendly hosts, with an excellent breakfast that includes freshly squeezed orange juice and a great variety of menu choices, and the location is conveniently near a bus stop for easy access to nearby cities.

    Utterly happy with everything.

    homemade bread
    wood burner

    Highly recommend for couples

We had the most wonderful evening lounging in front of the wood burner, just chatting about life and other guests. And breakfast. wow, the homemade bread and locally sourced ingredients were so good, I just couldn’t resist! !

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but still felt worth every penny.

pleasant stay but minor improvements needed

The hosts offered a warm welcome that set the tone for our stay. The guided tour of the gardens added a personal touch that made the experience memorable.

The room, although well appointed, could use some additional decorative elements to enhance its charm.

    cozy atmosphere
    helpful tips
    fantastic breakfasts
    tricky parking

We had a fantastic stay with friends! The cozy atmosphere made it easy to unwind after exciting days exploring off-road cycling and clay shooting. Caroline was super helpful with local tips and the breakfasts were a highlight, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice. Definitely a perfect spot for a group getaway!

The only downside was that finding parking nearby could be a bit tricky at peak times, which was a little inconvenient for us.

    comfortable beds

It was a well-suited match for getting around the area in Ross-on-Wye with great value-to-price ratio. The comfortable beds with proper linen made our stay much more enjoyable. Make sure to ask about dinner options in advance.

    exceptional breakfast
    warm hospitality
    confusing amenities
    limited laundry options

    Exceptional breakfast and warm hospitality

My recent stay was delightful, featuring an extensive breakfast menu with delicious homemade bread and locally sourced ingredients. The cozy double room was a true home away from home, while Caroline's personal touches and local recommendations made my visit unforgettable. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, enhancing my overall experience. One minor improvement could be better communication about on-site amenities, particularly regarding laundry services.
